Saloni Biography
Saloni Aswani was born in Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra into a Sindhi speaking family. Her father was a Customs Officer. The family moved to CGS quarters Wadala, Mumbai, when she was around 5 years old.
After completing school, she enrolled in Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (SNDT) near New Marine Lines, Mumbai. After completing her graduation in Psychology, she took acting lessons in Ahok Kumar's Acting Academy.
Saloni Filmography
She made her acting debut in 2003 Hindi film Dil Pardesi Hogaya. She then appeared in her first Telugu film Dhana 51 (2005) and followed up with Oka OOrilo.
In 2006 she starred in 5 films, among which 2 are in Telugu and 3 in Hindi. She debuted in Tamil in 2007, acting in the film Madurai Veeran, which was her only release that year. She did a lead role in SS Rajamouli's venture Maryada Ramanna.
