Shraddha Das is an Indian movie actress, who appeared in Telugu, Hindi movies.

Shraddha Das was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra to Bengali parents. Her father is a businessman, who was from Purulia, while her mother is a housewife. She was brought up in Mumbai, where she completed her studies. Shraddha took her bachelors degree from University of Mumbai with Mass Media as stream in journalism.

Action career of Shraddha Das was started with a Telugu movie Sidhu from Srikakulam in the year 2008, which was her debut. She thereafter starred in a number of Telugu films, including Target, 18, 20 Love Story, Diary and Adhineta, which all proved to be critically and commercially unsuccessful.

She played the female lead in Adhineta, her sixth film in Telugu with hero Jagapati Babu and Director Samudra. She played the other female lead in the remake of blockbuster Maro Charitra produced by Dil Raju, opposite Varun Sandesh. She then landed a lead role in Sai Om Films' much talked about maiden venture Lahore, directed by Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan. The film, released in March 2010 to rave reviews and had won awards at the 42nd World Fest-Houston International Film Festival. Due to her appearances in the sequels of Arya 2, Darling, and Nagavalli, Shraddha Das is known as a "sequel queen".
